In Darjeeling and we were graciously hosted by Bhawesh and Sonya Niroula of Niroula’s Tea Farm. Bhawesh treated us to a tasting of the teas produced at Niroula’s. Tasting First Flush tea is like drinking fine champagne. The Smoky tea is also a very interesting and popular tea.

First Flush tea plucking and processing commences in March and Eastern Himalayas Tea will have these champagne teas available in April.
